This blog is forum for thoughts on issues, events, and other topics relating to the intersection of Accountability and the Law.  Most posts will be discussions of incentive structures, political culture, successes, failures, model practices, and everything in between related to holding individuals and organizations to account.  Ideally, current events will drive the conversation, but from time to time, more general events will pop up.  Ultimately, the goal of the forum is to provide a space for unique, legal perspectives on all things accountability.
